Rock Springs Cafe 35900 Old Black Canyon Hwy, Black Canyon City, AZ https://rockspringscafe.com/
The first commercial development began in 1918 by young Ben Warner who built a canvas-covered store while making the adobe blocks for the restaurant, general store and hotel which was completed in 1924. Ben hauled in gasoline in 5 gallon cans to sell; and canvass water bags that could be filled from his hand-dug well. All these years later they are well known for their delicious pies!! The fried chicken is world famous quality as well.

The house’s number one specialty is the ribeye steak butterflied and topped with chiles, cheese, and served with a flour tortilla and side salad. Choose from beans and rice or fries on the side. Chimichangas, chicken specialties, enchiladas, tamales, tacos, soups, salads and all-American dishes all have their own options on the menu. Of course the world famous #6 is always a crowd pleaser!!
